NOTICE OF LOCATION APPROVAL OF BULLOCH COUNTY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. FY24-CP-E05 CLARK FARM ROAD & W.D. PEACOCK ROAD PAVING PROJECT: Notice is hereby given in accordance with O.C.G.A. Sections 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners has approved the location of this project. The date of location approval is December 2nd, 2025. The project is proposing the paving of County Road No. 76 in the 1716th GM District, also known as Clark Farm Road, from its intersection with US Hwy 80 near MP 1.5 to its terminus at the Candler County line and the project is proposing the paving of County Road 497 in the 1716th GM District, also known as W.D. Peacock Road, from its existing end pavement joint south of its intersection with County Road 77, also known as Lake Collins Road and extending approximately 1,915 feet to its intersection with County Road No. 76, also known as Clark Farm Road. A plat or map of the project is on file at the Bulloch County Engineering Office for the public to review.
